Montreal Fashion Week: official hotels

As part of Mouth Watering Festival , Laurent Prosper, Executive Chef of Verses and Méchant Bœuf, has created a perfect – and perfectly refreshing – salsa to accompany your tray of oysters.
Vegetable Salsa recipe
Finely chopped shallots
1 Celery matignon
1 Carrot matignon
1 tablespoons olive oil, or to taste
2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar, or to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients together.
